Warm Up: Coaches Warm Up

 

Skill/ Strength : OHS – 4 x 10 reps – manageable weight you can move for all the sets

90sec rest between sets

 

Work Capacity: Power Snatch – barbell cycling technique work

then

3 x 2 mins on 2 mins off

Rd 1 @ 40% 1rm power snatch

Rd 2 @ 60 %

Rd 3 @ 80%

Aim is to work on cycling the bar and once it breaks down move to quick singles
