Warm Up: Run 400m, then 3 rounds of barbell complex. *Barbell complex = 5x deadlift, 5x hang power clean, 5x front squat, 5x push press, 5x push up, stretch of your choice.
Strength: 10 Rounds – Every 60 seconds perform the following…
2x back squat @ 70% 1 RM
*Focus on speed, as these are to be done as dynamic squats.
WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of the following
50x double unders OR 150 x singles unders
5x clean and jerk (70/52.5)
