then

5 Rounds

10 x Alt lunges

10 x Shoulder taps at top of Push Up

Workout: 20 min EMOM

  1. 10 – 15 x Single Arm floor press Right
  2. 10 – 15 x Reverse Lunges with weight Right
  3. 10 – 15 x Single arm floor press Left
  4. 10 – 15 x Reverse Lunges with weight Left

Focus – Pec Stretch 2 x 20sec each side
