5 x Inch Worms

10 x Jumping Squats

20 x Arm Swings each way

Strength: 4 x Superset

5 – 8 x Single Arm Strict Press Each Side

:40sec Hollow Hold

2 min REST

Workout: Death By Shuttle Sprints

10 m Distance

Down and back is 1 rep

Min 1 – 1 Rep

Min 2 – 2 Rep and so on!
