Or Onboard course is a series of 5 personal training sessions which are arranged between you and a coach at times to suite you both. The aim of the course is to teach you the fundamental movements of Crossfit along with some gymnastics and weightlifting too. This course can be delivered to you individually (OnBoard), or you plans a friend/partner with the coach (OnBoard 2on1) or as a single 1 hour slot (OnBoard FASTTRACK) if you have prior Crossfit experience.
Q – I’ve been a member of a chain-gym for ages, and know how to squat – do I still need to do the course?
A – Our promise is that we meet you where you are for your OnBoard course. Our coaches have very keen sets of eyes and will push you to improve in your OnBoard course from whatever level you are already at – just ask our members! Whether you are a hardened gym-rat, or brand-new to fitness is well outside your comfort zone – the course will teach you all you need to know and more!
Q – When are in the OnBoard sessions held?
A – The OnBoard sessions are arranged between you and your coach when you are both available.
