We are really excited to announce a free Hatha yoga taster session on Sunday 24th July at Crossfit Solent.
Our everyday lives are asking more and more of ourselves which doesn’t support our natural balance. Yoga is a 5000 year old technology which has been proven to strengthen, open and quiet our body, mind and emotions. The benefits of yoga are enormous, including increased mobility, stress management, strength, relaxation, rehabilitation, improved energy and balance. When practising yoga regularly, it will support your everyday life and lead towards a happier more content person.
Yoga is not about attaining a perfect down ward dog. It is about removing judgement and seeing what is really there, and then working with what you have.
Level – All abilities
If you have your own mat and cushion we’d recommend you bring them along.
