Coaches Warm Up

Skill: Handstand Push Ups/HR Push Up Mechanics and efficiencies

Working on good positioning through midline. On HSPU looking at kip.

Work Capacity:

21-15-9
Cal Row
Ring Dips
Dumbell Snatch (22.5/15)

The aim of this is to complete this WOD in 10 minutes or less, so scale as needed to achieve large sets on each movement.

Extra Strength Work

Deadlifts: EMOM 10 Minutes 2 reps @75%

Press: 4 x 4 @ 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%
