Strength: 15 Minutes to build to a heavy 5 Back Squat

Aims of the session:

Strength wise we are aiming to hit a training 5 RM, by this we are looking to find a heavy 5 reps whilst maintaining form. If you see/feel a break in form or positioning, that is where you stop.

The partner WOD today is designed to be fairly fast flowing, with each person looking at a snatch weight they can complete 5 quick singles/cycling reps. With the MU’s have a go at low ring MU turn overs if you can to practice the skill in a WOD environment.
