Warm Up: 75 DU / 200 SU + Mobility and Goat Focus
Strength: Work up to 5RM Front Squat
WOD:
Death by Burpee.
Min 1 = 1 rep, Min 2 = 2 reps, Min 3 = 3 reps and so on…..
Start again from one rep when you fail to do the required reps in one minute. Continue for 20 minutes.
