Strength: Work up to 5RM Back Squat

WOD:

Max reps of Overhead squat (50% of 1RM OHS) in 2 minutes

Max reps of Wall ball in 2 minutes

Max reps of Toes-to-bar in 2 minutes

Score is total reps from all movements.
