Warm Up: DU practice warm up. then 3 rounds of barbell complex light weight.
*Barbell complex = 5x deadlift, 5x hang power clean, 5x front squat, 5x push press, 5x push up, stretch of your choice + mobility.
Strength: 10 rounds – Every 60 seconds, perform 1x clean and jerk @ 75% 1 RM.
