PULL UP TIME!!!!
Warm Up: Range of motion drills, then 3 rounds – Run 200m, 5x jumping pull ups, 5x hand release push ups, 5x jumping air squats, stretch of your choice.
Skilled Warm Up: The Pull Up
Strength:Deadlift – 10 sets x 5 reps @ 72% 1 RM.
Benchmark Black Board Time!!!!
WOD: “Cindy”. Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5x pull ups
10x push ups
15x air squats
