Warm Up: 3 rounds – Run 200m, 5x burpee, 5x pull ups, 5x toes to bar + Mobility
WOD: Complete 5 rounds for time of the following
10x power snatch (50kg/40kg)
15x pull up
20x Goblet Squats (24kg/16kg)
Rest 12 mins
Then: 4x400m sprint (rest 2:00 between each sprint).
