Strength: Front Squat – 1 +1/4 Squat, come up 1/4 of the way, then back down and up again – trains you to get out the hole for cleans, 3,3,3,3,3
WOD:
3rds – Rest for the exact amount of time required to complete previous interval.
Run 200m, rest
Run 400m, rest
Run 600m rest
