Warm Up: Mobility + 3rds 200m Run / 5 x Burpees / 10 x Passovers
Strength/WOD: Max Power Output
Max Power Output = Weight x Reps
You choose your weight and have 3mins to get as many reps as possible of Back Squat
Then
Max Pull ups
Max Push Ups
Max v- Ups
