WOD: “Snatch Ladder”
Starting Weight L1 – 15/20 L2 – 20/30 Rx – 25/40
You have 50 secs to Complete 1 x Snatch 7 Burpees then rest for 10 sec
Female increase weight 2.5kg each round / Male increase 5kg each rd
Extra – 5 x 5 Strict Pull Ups / 5 x 5 Strict Push Ups
