Warm Up B: Snatch Tekkers increase to light weight from last week.

Strength A: OTM for 10mins 3 x Deadlifts (80%) 6 x Push Ups

Strength B: OTM for 12mins ODD Min Goat 1 / EVEN Min Goat 2

Extra Credit: 8 x 40m Sprints – Walk Back recovery
