Warm Up: Mobility

A – 3rds 2 x Shuttles / 20 x D.U / 15 sec Hanging

7 mins Handstand Practice – focus on wall position

B – 5 x Hang Power Cleans every 2mins for 7 sets (increase over the 7 sets)

C –  Open WOD 13.1

17min Time Cap  – get as far as poss

40 x Burpees (must touch a target 6inches above athletes reach)

30 x Snatches (35/20)

30 x Burpees

30 x Snatches (60/35)

20 x Burpees

30 x Snatches (75/45)

10 x Burpees

as many snatches at ( 95/ 55)
