Warm Up 400m Run + Specific Mobility targeting your EMOM
A – 40 Min EMOM
Min 1 – Monostructual (examples running/D.U/Rowing) – this should last 40sec
Min 2 – Gymnastics (examples HSPU/TTB/M.U/Pull Ups/C2B/Push Ups) – this should be 10-20sec
Min 3 – Non – Monostructual (examples Box Jumps/Burpees/KB Swings/Wallballs) – this should be 30 sec
Min 4 – Barbell – (Squat/Deadlift/Snatch/Clean/Jerk) – 3-5 reps
C – Mobility
