Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility
A – Farmer Carries / People Carries
B – Partner WOD
20 min AMRAP – must high five before each movement
12 x Sit Ups (partner 1)
12 x KB Swings 24/16 (partner 2)
8 x HSPU (Partner 1)
8 x Burpees (partner 2)
200m Run (partner 1 ) ….then partner 2 will start the sit ups and continue for 20mins
