C – 10 mins to Establish 1 RM Strict Press
C – 16min EMOM
ODD – 6 x Strict Pull Ups / Negatives / Ring Rows
EVEN – 6 x Clean + Jerks TnG (Medium Weight that you can keep all sets unbroken)
