HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY!!!!!!

Warm Up: 400m run + Mobility

A – 3rds 10 x Leg Swings 10 x Lunges 10 x Passovers 15 sec Hanging

B – Snatch Warm Up

Build to 65-75% 1RM then 3 x Snatches OTM for 8mins (aim for no misses)

C – 5 x 400m repeats 1:1 Work to Rest
