A – 3rds 10 x Leg Swings / 10 x KB Swings (medium) / 10 x TTB

B – Deadlifts 3 @ 40, 3 @ 50, 3 @ 60, 3 @ 70, 3 @ 80%

C – 20min EMOM

ODD – Weakness 1 (3-5 reps)

EVEN – Weakness 2 (30-40sec)
