B – Bench Press – 5 x 3 (Increase over sets)
C – Teams of 3 – break up reps anyway
130 x Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
130 x Push Press (45/30)
130 x KB Swings (24/16)
1200m Run – each run 400m each
