B – Team WOD
Team of 4 – 20 min AMRAP
1/ 400m Run – 1 athlete runs can switch out whenever with the other 3 athletes
2/ AMRAP Burpee Broad Jumps
3/ AMRAP TTB
4/ AMRAP Box Jumps
