B – Bench Press 10mins Build to 3 rep max / then 50% max reps unbroken
C – Teams of 2
3rds each – partner A completes 1 rd then partner B completes 1 rd…so on
6 x Hang Cleans (60/40)
8 x Box Jumps
10 x KB Swings (24/16)
REST 2mins
