A – 3rds 7 x OHS PVC / 7 x burpees Over PVC / 7 x Passovers
B – OHS Positioning + Mobility then 4 x 3 (build over the sets)
C – 5 Intervals – (pacing drill – aim to stay with in the same times for all 5 intervals
