A – 3rds 15 sec Gobet Squat/ 15 x Passovers / 15 x Wall Calf Raises
B – 3 x AMRAPS
A – 4min AMRAP
20 x D.U
20 x Cleans (45/30)
20 x Box Jumps (24/20)
20 x TTB
20 x Burpees
1min REST – then repeat the AMRAP for 6mins REST .. then repeat for 8mins
– score is total reps for each of AMRAP – 3 separate scores.
