1 Mile Run (both run 1 mile – ferry terminal and back)

68 x Partner D.L (120/80)

68 x GTOH (60/40 – each member must do 34 reps each)

68 x TTB (1 member does TTB other member holds a Plank)

68 x KB Swings (32/24 – Split however)

68 x Box Jumps (30/24 – Split However)

68 x Thrusters (45/30 – Split However)

68 x Synchronised Burpees
