A – 3rds 5 x Strict Pull Ups / 5 x Strict HSPU / 5 x Strict TTB

B – Push Jerk 4 x 8 (barbell Cycling – increase from the 25th Sept)

C – SKILL WOD – 12 min EMOM

ODD – 20 x D.U + 2 x Muscle Ups (scale to 6 x Dips)

EVEN – 30 sec Handstand Hold
