Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility

A – 3rds 10 x KB Swings / 10 x Goblet Squats 10 x KB Snatches (5 each side)

B – Deadlift 4 x 7 ( build over the set)

C – Assistant Exercises

Bent Over Rows 4 x 8 (same weight across)

Barbell Curls  4 x 10

DB Seated Tricep Extension 3 x 12

Split Squats 3 x 8 each leg
