A – 3rds 20 D.U / 10 x TTB / 5 x Strict HSPU

B – Clean + Jerk (7/10) – 2 @ 75%, 2 @ 80%, 2 @85%, 1 @ 90%

C – Front Squat – build to a heavy single.

D – 75 x Wallballs (least sets as possible)
