Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility
A – 2rds 7 x Goblet Squats / 3 x TGU each side (medium weight)
B – Back Squat – 5 x 5 (set weight across)
C – Weakness Wednesday (Strength) 20min EMOM
ODD – Strength Weakness 1 (barbell 3 -5 reps)
EVEN – Strength Weakness 2 (KB/Wallballs/Strict work 3 – 5 reps)
