Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility

A – 3rds 15 sec Goblet Squat / 20 sec Hanging / 15 sec HS Hold

B – 10 mins to work on 1 x Snatch Balance + 1 x OHS

Then .. Snatch 6 x 2 (build over the sets)

C – 4RFT

5 x D.L (70/50)

10 x Bar Facing Burpees
