Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility
A 3rds 20 sec Goblet Squat Hold / 10 x A.S / 20 sec Hanging
B – Back Squat 4 x 6 – build over the sets
C – 8 min EMOM – 3 x F.S @ 75% + 7 x Burpees every minute – As fast as possible
OPEN PREP – 100 x Sit Ups OR 100 x D.U (least sets)
