Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility
A – 3rds 20 sec Goblet Squat Hold / 5 x Squat Jumps / 10 x Passovers
B – Cleans – build to 75% of 1rm – then 5 x 3 @ 75%
C – Front Squats – 1 and 1/4 Squats – build to 3RM
OPEN PREP – 50 x Pull Ups (least sets as possible)
