Coaches Goals:

Competitor: Goal Unbroken on the C+J TnG – 4rds of Nate and 4 rds of Mary to test skills under fatigue

Performance and Fitness: Aim to do the back squats unbroken if possible, if not as large a set as possible. Straight into the run/row whilst acutely fatigued.
