Coaches Notes:

This WOD is about 2 things: accepting you are going to be uncomfortable on the medball run (get through it at a good pace, don’t use it as a rest), and being sensible on wall ball sets. Don’t go to failure, and keep the rest short. GOOD LUCK!!
