Cindy’ AMRAP 20 mins 5x Ring Row, 10x Push Up (scale as needed), 15x Air Squat

Competition:A new variation of Cindy, but harder in the fact the sets are larger. Key here is to not pass your limits and crash and burn after the first 2 rounds!
