20 Min AMRAP 2 people working 1 resting
20x Squat Clean (60/45 2 bars allowed) you go-I go
20x Ring Dips whilst 1 person hangs from pull up bar
20x Alternating Box Jump
At the same time as the AMRAP, there is a constant 1 lap run relay of the box.
Final score in 2 parts: score for AMRAP and number of running laps. NO SANDBAGGING ON EITHER PART!!!!!
