Coaches Warm Up
Strength: 12 minutes to build to a heavy 3 Deadlift
Work Capacity:
AMRAP 7 Minutes
Burpees Over Bar
EMOM 5 DL (100/70)
WOD Notes
For the strength today we are looking for a training heavy 3, that means we are not going to allow form to be lost whilst looking for our heavy 3.
For the WOD the deadlift weight should be scaled so the 5 reps can be completed touch and go every minute.
