We are looking for consistency through each 8 min AMRAP, with your scores for AMRAP 2 and 3 being the same as for the first one. This is a delicate balance between moving quickly to get a good number of rounds in, and not burning out after the first AMRAP. Movements and reps can be broken up between you however neccessary. 1 person works 1 rests.
