Coaches Warm Up
Strength: 15 Minutes to build to a heavy 3 Cluster
Cut off for this is when mechanics cannot be maintained. For those still working on the squat and maybe struggle going overhead, focus on mechanics, do not worry about going too heavy.
Work Capacity:
10-1 Front Squats (60/42.5)
1-10 Strict Pull Ups
Squats should be a moderate weight (6-7/10) and are from the floor. Scale to bar pull ups before ring rows.
