Strength:
Front Rack Kettleell Carries
Build to a heavy up and back double front rack carry. If lumbar arches or shoulders round you are finished.
Work Capacity:
4RFT
60x DU,
15x TTB
15x HSPU
Scaling and levels. If you are close to DU, have 60 attempts per round.
TTB and HSPU shouldn’t be completed as a minimum in 3 sets of 5. Scale to make this achievable.
