Coaches Warm Up
Strength:
Strict Press
Recap of Bracing, grip on bar and bar path
5-5-5-5-5 strict press, working up to a heavy 5 for the day
Work Capacity
10-1 Bodyweight Deadlift
Box Jump (24/20)
Coaches Notes: This is supposed to be a quick one today! As close to 5 minutes as you can (or under for the firebreathers!) As such the deadlifts should be unbroken if possible, or 2 quick sets if not. Adjust weight accordingly if this is not possible at bodyweight. On the box jumps stepping down is advised, but keep moving, and they should be box jumps unless injury or niggles prevent it. Scale box height if needed to accomplish this.
