2 – 400m run – other partner AMRAP Back Squats / then switch

3 – 400m run – other partner AMRAP Pull Ups / then switch

4 – 400m run – other partner AMRAP DB Snatches / then switch

if you complete before the 26mins go back to beginning

total reps for each of the different AMRAPS @ 60/40kg
