In Teams of 3 – 25 min AMRAP

10 x Burpee Box Jump Overs

15 x STOH @ 42.5/30

  • Each athlete per station and rotate each time. Next athlete can not start until their team mate has finished the movement infront. The Bar can not touch the floor the entire workout – penalty if the bar touches the floor is all athletes run 200m
