(a) Warm Up: 3 Rounds :40sec on :20 sec off
Jumping Jacks
Mountain Climbers
Air Squats
Sofa/Chair Dips
(b) Upper Body
5 x 5 reps of each position then rest 90sec
Wide Push Ups
Regular width push ups
Narrow Push Ups
(c) Super Set x4
:10 – 20sec Chair hold – 2 chairs either side of you and hold like on rings

15 x Push Press – KB/DB/ Barbell Or Ruck Sack
(d) Super Set x 3
20 x Bent Over Row – KB/ DB/ Barbell / Ruck Sack
