Warm Up: Coaches Warm Up
Strength: Clean + Jerks
12 min EMOM
Min 1 – 3 x Clean + Jerks
Min 2 – 2 x Clean + Jerks
Min 3 – 1 x Clean + Jerks
Then the 4th min add weight and back to 3 Clean + Jerks and so on. Increasing 4 times over the 12 mins.
