WOD Notes:
In the STOH, we are working on efficiency of movement and smoothness.
In the WOD the swings should be heavy, with an emphasis on the hip hinge, locking the legs and keeping the feet glued to the floor, not coming up onto your toes!! If 24/16 is a comfortable weight for you then scale up to 32/24.
